The point of a keepsake, from what I understand, is that you actually want to keep it. I might be crazy here, but I think that’s the gist of it.
While some jewelry designers don’t quite seem to get that notion, Amber Fay totally does. With her custom photo tile pendants, the customizing goes beyond the photo you choose. You can have just a basic pendant on a chain (so hot for Fall), add beads or pearls, bling it up, or even turn the pendant into a full necklace design. Prices start at just $75.
The photos are baked right into the clay tile then fired, sanded, coated and refired so you won’t have some piece of photo jewelry that’s missing its photo in a few years either.
