Wood floors are beautiful, easy to clean…and a wee bit hard on tiny little tushies. If your littles need a good place to get cozy, we’re loving these beautiful, well-made, and perfectly sized bean bags and travel playmats.

BlaBla Kids (one of our favorite fairt trade brands ever) has really turned sitting into an art. Their new Bean Bags are available in seven pretty patterns of thick but soft cotton canvas, with a removable cover and a handy handkerchief-type tie to make moving it around a cinch.

If you need something that’s super cushy and also great for traveling, you might dig the Traveling Play Pad (at very top). At 30×39 and built with handles, it’s perfect for carrying with you to make sure your baby has cozy tummy time, or your toddler has a safe place to play with blocks. Each play pad is made of 100% cotton with polyfill, screenprinted by hand in six adorable color combinations and available with a matching pillow to make nap time a breeze, wherever you are.

We love the idea of quality cushiness between noggins and hardwood. And yeah, the price is a little steep. But our Editor Kristen swears by them, and she knows quality when her four little ones put down their four little tushies. –Delilah
